However, the experience with bellhops was frustrating, as they insisted on handling our luggage despite our preference to manage on our own. Additionally, there was a bothersome incident at the pool where unruly guests were treated preferentially. Dining was enjoyable, with grilled Teppanyaki fish being a highlight.

The food at the restaurant was great, especially that shrimp chow mein, which I’ve been dreaming about since my last stay. Plus, the pool area was just perfect for relaxing, I could actually sit back and unwind without worrying about crowding.

I requested a room close to the elevator, but the check-in gal had a hard time juggling requests. We weren't too far, but I guess it was a little hiccup in the otherwise smooth stay.
